1. Does my insurance cover these treatments?


Please call the clinic with your insurance group health plan number, I.D. number and our office administrator will contact the respected insurance provider on your behalf and inquire about the specifics of the plan.

2. Is a doctor's referral required to begin treatment at Absolute Rehabilitation & Wellness?


No, we do not need a doctor’s referral to provide you with an assessment begin treatment. However, some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral in order to issue payments for your treatments. Your respected family physician will be updated upon the completion of the assessment, this will ensure they are up to date on your current status.

3. How long are treatments?


Typical treatments are scheduled for 30 minutes. However, some physiotherapy/chiropractic treatments may be 15 or 60 minutes. Depending on how involved an individual’s issues are we have 30 minutes as well as 1 hour plus, one on one, scheduled appointments available. Registered massage therapy treatments may range from 30, 45 and 60 minutes.

4. What should my attire be for treatments?


Please wear comfortable clothing to any of your sessions and corresponding body ailment, for eg. treatment of a lower body injury (knee or ankle) would require access to the area, therefore, please wear the appropriate clothing to allow access to the respected areas.

5. Is parking available?


Parking is available on site at the front of the building.

6. How much notice is required to cancel my appointment and is there a fee for cancelling?


24 hours’ notice is appreciated for any cancellation.  This will provide appropriate time to accommodate other patients.  There is a charge for missed appointments, if 24 hours’ notice is not provided, however, we hope professional educate and courtesy will allow for a timely cancellation.
